Doctrinal/Mission Statement

Doctrinal Statement

We believe in one true God and His existence as three separate but equal parts; God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.  We believe the Bible to be the inspired, infallible, inerrant word of God. We also believe in the virgin birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ, His sinless life here on earth, His literal death on the Cross and His bodily resurrection from the tomb.  We believe in the sufficiency of Christ's finished work at Calvary for the atoning of sin. The Bible tells us that there is a literal Heaven AND a literal Hell, and that man has a choice of where he will spend eternity.  If he chooses to accept Christ’s sacrifice he will spend eternity with God in Heaven.  Those who reject Christ as their Savior will spend eternity separated from God in Hell.  We believe in water baptism as an outward expression of trusting Christ as Savior, and that trust in Christ is what eternally secures the "true believer".

Mission Statement

The main purpose of Ambassadors of Grace is to give praise, honor and glory to our Lord Jesus Christ through the songs that we sing and the way we conduct ourselves in our daily lives. We consider it a blessing that the Lord desires to use us to accomplish His will and purpose in spreading His Gospel through song.

We have a three fold purpose when we sing in a concert:

1. To present the Gospel of Jesus Christ to those who have never accepted Him as their Savior. The most important need anyone has is to come to the realization that they are a sinner and need to accept Christ for the forgiveness of their sins. We believe the Holy Spirit can sometimes use music to touch hearts in a way that words alone never can. It is our desire to see souls accept Christ at our concerts.

2. To encourage and uplift fellow Christians who may be going through trials and difficult situations. We believe the Holy Spirit can offer hope, encouragement and strength through the words and music of a song. We also believe in the Bible's instruction to "bear one another's burdens", and we encourage those in our concerts to share any prayer requests they may have with us so that we may be praying with them.

3. To remind us all of the hope we have through the redemptive work of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. This old world can get us down sometimes, and it is great to be reminded of the hope we have after this life. For Christians that hope is of eternal life in Heaven through our salvation by the work of Jesus Christ. For the unsaved there is the hope that salvation is available to all who call upon the name of Jesus Christ.

The hope in Christ's redemptive work we speak of is available to everyone. It doesn't matter who you are, what you look like, what you've done or what age you are.

The Bible makes it clear that the only way to spend eternity with God in Heaven when we die is through His Son, Jesus Christ. If you have never accepted Christ as your Savior, please visit our Romans Road page on this website. We will explain through a few verses in the book of Romans how you too can join those who have salvation through Jesus Christ.
